I am a certified Neo-Shamanic Breathwork facilitator and Jungian Coach, with private practice and hosting in person and online workshops in Ohio and Illinois area. 

My work bridges:

• Shadow integration

I am not interested in surface transformation.

I am interested in sovereignty.

My path has been shaped by:

• Direct confrontation with projection
• Integration of animus dynamics
• Reclaiming instinct and feminine authority
• Working consciously with archetypal forces

Breathing with Klara was born from lived experience — not theory alone.
